Systems Administrator

Compensation:

$75,000 - $95,000 annually, depending on experience

• Manage and maintain Microsoft O365 systems
• Focus on systems administration and infrastructure tasks
• Collaborate with team members to resolve technical issues
• Support technology initiatives and process improvements
• Utilize AI tools as part of daily operations
• Ensure system security and compliance

• 5+ years professional experience in Systems administration
• Extensive experience with Microsoft O365 and Teams
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work onsite Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm
• Comfortable in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
• Committed to team collaboration and company goals

• Security experience with Microsoft Defender or Purview
• Power Shell scripting knowledge
• Familiarity with AI tools (Claude, Cowork, Llama)
• Experience in financial services or trading environments
• Blue Cross Blue Shield health coverage

• No on-call or weekend work required
