The Client Success Training Specialist plays a key role in empowering our Municipal Justice (MJ) version 10 and cloud clients through effective training, guidance, and ongoing support. We’re looking for a proactive, solutions‑oriented professional with strong communication skills, a “get it done” mindset, and experience in municipal courts or local government environments.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver training sessions for MJ 10 and cloud clients (both in person and virtual).
  • Assist with client escalations to ensure timely and effective resolution.
  • Attend and help facilitate User Group Meetings (UGMs).
  • Participate in internal and external trainings to stay prepared for evolving client needs.
  • Create clear, relevant content for MJ10/cloud processes, including written documentation and how to videos.
  • Maintain and update the online curriculum to reflect current product functionality and best practices.
  • Develop and lead MJ10/cloud Virtual Learning Labs.
  • Partner with developers, product teams, support, sales, and technical services when deeper technical expertise is required.
  • Support professional services consultants to ensure seamless client experiences and successful project execution.
Qualifications
  • Ability to travel up to 20%, primarily to municipal court sites and related events.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, solution driven approach.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with consistent follow through.
  • Proven problem solving abilities and composure in high pressure or public sector environments.
  • Self motivated, adaptable, and effective working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to assess urgency, prioritize effectively, and respond to the unique needs of municipal courts.
