Compensation:$26 - $31 /hour, depending on experience

Helpdesk Support Specialist to join their team!

The role is open due to expansion, providing a chance to grow with the company and gain exposure to various technologies.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:- Provide technical support for Active Directory and Office 365
- Manage Windows Desktop and Server OS environments
- Ensure network connectivity and security
- Handle email management and Power Shell usage
- Troubleshoot SSL certificates and network issues
- Implement and manage phone systems
- Monitor and alert using vulnerability management tools
- Support physical and virtual server environments
Experience:
- Two years industry or equivalent military experience
- Comp Tia A+ Certification or ability to obtain within six months
- Proficient in Active Directory and Office 365
- Valid Oklahoma Driver’s License with a clear record
Skills & Experience:
- CCNA or similar experience
- Power Shell and SSL Certificate troubleshooting
- Phone systems implementation and management
- Experience with anti-virus and monitoring solutions
