Salesforce Solutions Architect

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Solutions Architect to lead the design and development of a brand-new Salesforce platform as part of a large-scale digital transformation for a large financial institution. This is a unique opportunity to build the environment from the ground up – defining architecture, technical standards, and long‑term platform strategy across the organization.

• Design and lead implementation of enterprise Salesforce solutions supporting digital member experiences
• Serve as the technical leader for Salesforce architecture, including multi‑cloud environments
• Drive integration of Salesforce with enterprise systems using APIs, middleware (Mule Soft), and event‑driven architecture
• Establish best practices and technical standards for platform scalability, performance, and security
• Support digital transformation initiatives including omni‑channel service, AI‑driven decisioning, and real‑time customer journeys
• Partner with business leaders, engineers, and product teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions
• Guide development teams across configuration vs. custom development (Apex, LWC, automation)

Compensation: $161,000 and up based on experience

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role include available request.

• 10+ years of experience in CRM architecture, system integration, or enterprise solution design
• 6+ years of hands‑on Salesforce experience (architecture, development, and configuration)
• Strong expertise in Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related capabilities)
• Experience building and integrating complex, multi‑cloud Salesforce environments
• Proficiency with:
  • Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools
  • REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools
  • Data modeling, security frameworks, and performance optimization
• Salesforce Certified Administrator + at least one consultant‑level certification

• Financial services or credit union experience
• Salesforce certifications such as:
  • Data Cloud Consultant
  • Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
  • Application Architect / System Architect / CTA
  • AI Consultant
• Experience with Amazon Connect or Service Cloud Voice
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, environment management, and release governance
