Senior ERP Operations Team Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Infor Cloud Suite Industrial (CSI) Operations Lead to join our ERP Center of Excellence (COE) and play a key role in enterprise ERP migrations and harmonization efforts across multiple business units. The role serves as the functional authority for operational and shop floor execution capabilities within Infor Cloud Suite Industrial SaaS, driving standardization, governance, and scalable solutions while ensuring business continuity and financial integrity.

• ERP COE Leadership & Governance – Serve as the Cloud Suite Industrial Operations SME, define and enforce enterprise standards, participate in COE governance forums, balance flexibility with COE goals, and support standardization, scalability, and mobility adoption.
• ERP Migrations – Lead operational discovery, future‑state design, and migration activities for items, BOMs, routings, work centers, inventory balances, Factory Track configurations, and test, cut‑over, post‑go‑live stabilization, including providing reusable templates and playbooks.
• CSI SaaS Operations Ownership – Own functional configuration for CSI operational modules (Inventory, BOM, Routings, Shop Floor Control, MRP/APS Planning, Purchasing, Factory Track, etc.).
• Factory Track & Shop Floor Execution – Lead functional integration, deployment, testing, and stabilization of Factory Track during migrations, collaborating with Operations leaders to improve visibility and adoption.
• Warehouse Mobility & Inventory Execution – Own CSI Warehouse Mobility, support inventory accuracy initiatives, and lead transition to mobile‑driven warehouse execution.
• Business Partnership & Solution Architecture – Partner with Operations, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain leadership to design scalable, mobile‑enabled CSI SaaS solutions, providing guidance on configuration decisions.
• Operational Support & Optimization – Provide senior‑level support, troubleshoot issues across configuration, master data, shop floor, and mobility, and establish knowledge assets.
• Reporting, Data & Integrations – Govern operational KPIs and reporting, ensure data integrity, and partner on integrations with MES, WMS, suppliers, and other systems.
• Projects & Continuous Improvement – Drive continuous improvement initiatives and manage cross‑functional projects to enhance operational excellence.

• Experience – 8+ years with Infor Syte Line / Cloud Suite Industrial SaaS, leading or supporting ERP migrations for manufacturing and warehouse operations, experience in an ERP COE or shared services model, and manufacturing industry multi‑site operations.
• Technical & Functional Skills – Deep understanding of CSI operational data structures and transaction flows, strong knowledge of production, inventory, and warehouse management, experience with Infor OS, ION, operational integrations, Power BI or similar reporting, and analytical skills.
• Leadership & Collaboration – Ability to lead migrations across diverse units, manage stakeholders, drive adoption of mobile technologies, and maintain high standards for documentation and governance.
• Preferred Qualifications – Experience deploying CSI, Factory Track, and Warehouse Mobility across multiple sites; previous role as Operations ERP Lead, Solution Owner, or COE Architect; experience integrating CSI with MES or third‑party WMS; APICS certifications (CPIM, CSCP).
• Education – Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
