• Analyzes, maintains, and modifies telecommunications systems supporting 911 (Inform Platform) operations and sustainment to meet operational standards.
• Monitors the operations of 911 systems and services of vendors.
• Conducts studies regarding 911 systems usage and recommends changes as appropriate.
• Plans, coordinates and performs all moves and installation of 911 equipment.
• Tests, adjusts, and troubleshoots complex hardware equipment as necessary.
• Maintains records and prepares complex reports relevant to the operation of the 911 system.
• Provides end‑user training of 911 features and functionality.

• Education:
  
  Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree:
  Degree in Telecommunications / IT related field desirable.
• Required Experience:
  
  3+ years of related experience.

  Skills:
  
  Telecommunications and 911 systems / platforms.
• Security Clearance Level: Agency specific - Public Trust.

  Communication and problem solving; after‑hours call‑out support.
