The Boeing Company (Boeing Defense, Space & Security) invites applications for a Lead Information Security & Governance Specialist to join the Lab Operations team in Oklahoma City, OK.

• Lead and maintain program information security for assigned systems to meet program and enterprise requirements, policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures.
• Manage Risk Management Framework (RMF) processes, product development, and product maintenance for assigned systems.
• Manage and perform security compliance continuous monitoring.
• Lead and participate in security assessments and audits.
• Identify root causes, prioritize threats, and recommend/implement corrective actions.
• Provide mentoring and technical leadership to the information security program team.

• 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, information protection, risk management, and/or IT compliance.
• Experience building relationships with internal and/or external customers.
• Experience working with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, MS Project).
• Experience conducting investigations and/or audits.

• 3+ years of experience managing equipment baselines utilizing auditing tools.

Position is 100% onsite in Oklahoma City, OK.

Primarily supports 1st shift; may have additional shift requirements. Travel up to 10% of time.

Must satisfy the Boeing COI assessment process.

Requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance. Must be a U.S. Person.

Salary: USD $121,550 – $164,450. Includes competitive base pay, variable compensation, 401(k) with dollar‑for‑dollar match up to 10% of eligible pay, student‑loan match, health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement plans, life and disability benefits, and paid/unpaid time off.
