Insight Global is looking for a Business Analyst local to Oklahoma City to assist with a high-profile IT Projects. This resource will be responsible for requirements gathering, high level stakeholder management, and assisting with project execution.

• Conduct thorough analysis to translate business needs into clear and comprehensive technical requirements.
• Design and document IT solutions that align with business goals and industry best practices including detailed functional specifications, process flows, and system documentation.
• Work closely with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions into existing systems.
• Identify opportunities for system enhancements and optimization within the IT landscape.
• Support the implementation of IT solutions by providing end-user training, documentation, and change management assistance.
• Collaborate with business units to ensure a smooth transition to new processes and technologies.
• Engage with cross-functional teams, including Operations and IT, to understand their unique requirements and challenges.
• Foster strong relationships with business stakeholders to drive collaboration and effective communication.

$47/hr to $50/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
