Senior Data Scientist

Build statistical, machine learning, and decision models that help teams understand complex operations and act with confidence.

• Turn messy operational data into trusted signals.
• Develop models that support forecasting, prioritization, risk scoring, and decision support.
• Work directly with engineers and domain experts to move models into production workflows.

• Design experiments, features, metrics, and model evaluation strategies.
• Build supervised, unsupervised, and simulation-based models for operational decision making.
• Translate model outputs into clear recommendations, confidence measures, and evidence trails.
• Partner with data engineering and product teams to product ionize analytics and models.

• 5+ years of applied data science, statistics, machine learning, or decision science experience.
• Strong Python and SQL skills.
• Experience with model evaluation, explainability, uncertainty, and data quality issues.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Must be capable of obtaining and maintaining a Top Secret security clearance.
• Comfort working with ambiguous mission, data, and engineering problems.
• Strong written communication and ability to explain technical decisions to technical and non-technical teams.

• AWS experience is a plus, especially secure cloud, Gov Cloud, serverless, data, or AI services.
• AI, machine learning, LLM, agentic workflow, or decision intelligence experience is a plus.
• Experience in defense, government, manufacturing, aerospace, logistics, or other mission-critical environments is a plus.
