UX Product Designer

Design clear, efficient workflows for complex data, AI, and operational software.

• Make hard problems feel manageable for users.
• Design tools that support repeated operational use, not just demos.
• Help teams move from research to prototype to production UI.

• Conduct user research, workflow mapping, prototyping, and product design.
• Design interfaces for dashboards, analysis, collaboration, and decision workflows.
• Partner with engineers to ship polished, practical user experiences.
• Maintain design patterns and improve product usability over time.

• 4+ years of product design, UX design, or interaction design experience.
• Portfolio showing complex workflow, enterprise, data, or operational software.
• Strong visual, interaction, and systems thinking skills.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Must be capable of obtaining and maintaining a Top Secret security clearance.
• Comfort working with ambiguous mission, data, and engineering problems.
• Strong written communication and ability to explain technical decisions to technical and non-technical teams.

• AWS experience is a plus, especially secure cloud, Gov Cloud, serverless, data, or AI services.
• AI, machine learning, LLM, agentic workflow, or decision intelligence experience is a plus.
• Experience in defense, government, manufacturing, aerospace, logistics, or other mission-critical environments is a plus.
