Platform Engineer

Create internal platforms that make engineering teams faster, safer, and more consistent.

• Reduce friction from development to production.
• Standardize secure deployment, monitoring, and operational practices.
• Help product teams spend more time solving user problems.

• Build deployment workflows, service templates, developer tooling, and observability patterns.
• Support infrastructure as code, secrets, environments, and release automation.
• Partner with application teams to improve reliability and delivery speed.
• Document platform patterns and support adoption across teams.

• 4+ years of platform, Dev Ops, SRE, cloud, or backend engineering experience.
• Experience with CI/CD, containers, infrastructure as code, and monitoring.
• Strong automation and production operations instincts.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Must be capable of obtaining and maintaining a Top Secret security clearance.
• Comfort working with ambiguous mission, data, and engineering problems.
• Strong written communication and ability to explain technical decisions to technical and non-technical teams.

• AWS experience is a plus, especially secure cloud, Gov Cloud, serverless, data, or AI services.
• AI, machine learning, LLM, agentic workflow, or decision intelligence experience is a plus.
• Experience in defense, government, manufacturing, aerospace, logistics, or other mission-critical environments is a plus.
