BI​/Decision Intelligence Engineer

Design analytical experiences that help teams move from data to evidence-backed decisions.

• Create dashboards and workflows that surface what matters.
• Connect metrics, alerts, analysis, and operational action.
• Make complex data understandable for decision makers.

• Build dashboards, analytical apps, reporting workflows, and decision-support tools.
• Define metrics, thresholds, alerts, and evidence views with users.
• Partner with engineers to embed analytics into products.
• Improve data storytelling and operational adoption.

• 4+ years of BI, analytics, data product, or decision support experience.
• Ability to translate operational questions into analytical workflows.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Must be capable of obtaining and maintaining a Top Secret security clearance.
• Comfort working with ambiguous mission, data, and engineering problems.
• Strong written communication and ability to explain technical decisions to technical and non-technical teams.

• AWS experience is a plus, especially secure cloud, Gov Cloud, serverless, data, or AI services.
• AI, machine learning, LLM, agentic workflow, or decision intelligence experience is a plus.
• Experience in defense, government, manufacturing, aerospace, logistics, or other mission-critical environments is a plus.
