Responsibilities
- Demonstrate superior technical expertise in the development, management, and implementation of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) / Customer Service Management (CSM) technology solution strategy by collaborating with C‑level positions within the organization to drive and support sales growth and customer retention goals.
- Accountable for oversight and decision‑making authority to deliver CRM/CSM technology‑related projects, phases, and/or components, including highly complex business rules and processes that directly impact the strategic business units’ goals and objectives.
- Analyze, architect, develop, configure, design, customize and implement complex business processes—such as workflows, visual flows, APEX code, and API integration—while maintaining the data integrity and security of multiple environments within the CRM/CSM (Salesforce) system.
- Bachelor's degree from a four‑year college or university in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or Computer Science; a four‑year degree is preferred, but commensurate experience of at least 7 years in Salesforce administration and/or development is acceptable.
- Two or more of the following certifications (at least one required):
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification
- Salesforce Platform Builder Certification
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong research, analysis, and interpretation skills
- Ability to manage complex projects, including highly themed or value‑added service initiatives, and to communicate related information effectively.
- Ability to make decisions that impact the company’s goals, objectives, and growth.
- Experience with CRM, CSM, and Marketing Cloud methodologies; detailed data architecture experience.
- Proficiency in developing documents such as informational bulletins, e‑mail blasts, manuals, PowerPoint presentations, and internal communication materials.
- Capability to identify and collaborate with third‑party resources—such as programmers and vendor account managers—to gather information, build coalitions, and advance organizational objectives.
- Experience presenting materials to stakeholders and training colleagues.
- Ability to absorb information quickly and summarize it in an understandable format.
- Experience managing complex projects involving multiple technologies (webinars, websites, etc.).
- Strong prioritization skills to meet deadlines.
- Maintains objectivity and demonstrates diplomacy and tact in all situations.
- Proficiency in PC Windows‑based software, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Proficiency in Apple‑based software and operating systems for both desktop and mobile.
