ServiceNow Catalog Manager

Requirements

• US Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret DoD clearance
• 10+ years of experience in IT service management, service catalog management, or business analysis;
  Bachelor's Degree in applicable field may be substituted for 5 years of experience
• 2+ years with Service Now Service Catalog and Request Management modules
• Experience gathering requirements, translating business needs into service catalog offerings or workflows, and identifying and implementing process improvements within IT service delivery environments
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience supporting large enterprise IT service environments or service desk programs

• Manage and maintain the IT service catalog within Service Now, ensuring catalog items are accurate, current, and aligned with organizational needs
• Support the creation, update, and retirement of service catalog items and request workflows, applying UX principles to ensure intuitive and easy user navigation
• Work with stakeholders to simplify request forms, reduce unnecessary steps, and improve the overall self-service experience
• Partner with internal IT teams, program leadership, and business stakeholders to understand service requirements and translate them into effective service catalog offerings
• Apply IT service management best practices to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, reduce request friction, and support consistent service fulfillment

The hourly pay range for this position is $60.00 – $65.00, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
