Service Desk Engineer – Onsite, Oklahoma City, OK
Are you a tech-savvy problem solver who enjoys helping people with their IT issues? We’re looking for a Service Desk Engineer to join our team in Oklahoma City. This is a full-time, permanent onsite role with a competitive salary.
What You’ll Do
- Provide Level 1 & Level 2 support for desktops, laptops, and software applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Windows 11 and Windows Server 2022 issues.
- Manage user accounts, passwords, and access through Active Directory.
- Support Microsoft Office 365/Outlook and collaboration tools.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
- Assist with patching, updates, and system upgrades.
- Handle tickets, incidents, and problem resolution with a focus on excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with other IT teams for escalations and solutions.
What You Bring
- 4–5 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or end-user support.
- Hands-on experience with Windows 11 and familiarity with Windows Server 2022.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policies, and user management.
- Experience with ticketing tools like Service Now, Jira, or Remedy.
- Understanding of basic networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
Nice to Have
- Microsoft certifications (MCSA or Modern Desktop Administrator Associate).
- Experience with endpoint management tools like Intune or SCCM.
- Familiarity with remote support tools like Any Desk or Team Viewer.
