Position: Onsite Service Desk Engineer — Windows 11, AD & Office 365

Service Desk Engineer – Onsite, Oklahoma City, OK

Are you a tech-savvy problem solver who enjoys helping people with their IT issues? We’re looking for a Service Desk Engineer to join our team in Oklahoma City. This is a full-time, permanent onsite role with a competitive salary.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide Level 1 & Level 2 support for desktops, laptops, and software applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Windows 11 and Windows Server 2022 issues.
  • Manage user accounts, passwords, and access through Active Directory.
  • Support Microsoft Office 365/Outlook and collaboration tools.
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
  • Assist with patching, updates, and system upgrades.
  • Handle tickets, incidents, and problem resolution with a focus on excellent customer service.
  • Coordinate with other IT teams for escalations and solutions.

What You Bring

  • 4–5 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or end-user support.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows 11 and familiarity with Windows Server 2022.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policies, and user management.
  • Experience with ticketing tools like Service Now, Jira, or Remedy.
  • Understanding of basic networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.

Nice to Have

  • Microsoft certifications (MCSA or Modern Desktop Administrator Associate).
  • Experience with endpoint management tools like Intune or SCCM.
  • Familiarity with remote support tools like Any Desk or Team Viewer.
