As the AI Business Analyst Lead, you will bridge the gap between technology and business, ensuring that AI projects are effectively managed and aligned with organizational goals. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and make a significant impact on the company's AI strategy.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Oversee enterprise AI program management and strategy
• Collaborate with business and technology leadership to evaluate AI use cases
• Update policy and procedure documentation for AI governance
• Coordinate with business units and risk management for project approvals
• Provide performance metrics and updates to stakeholders
• Maintain communication and alignment with organizational goals
• Stay current with AI advancements and regulatory oversight
• Educate stakeholders on emerging technologies

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Accounting, Finance, or Computer Science
• 5 - 8 years of experience in AI or technology-driven roles
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python and SQL
• Experience with project management tools like JIRA and analytical tools like PowerBI
• Strong data analysis, process mapping, and requirements gathering skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance standards
• Experience as a functional lead in AI or technology initiatives
