CACI is seeking outstanding IT candidates in support of the Enterprise Information Technology as a Service (EITaaS) contract with the Department of the Air Force. CACI is leading the way in transforming IT services from an in-house, base-centric delivery model to an advanced enterprise service delivery model.

CACI has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, self-directed Quality Assurance Specialist. This position is in support of a Department of Defense (DoD) organization.

As the Quality Assurance Specialist, you are key to the team in ensuring quality standards are met and policy is adhered to. You assist in the development and documentation of quality assurance plans, process documentation, and collecting and reviewing quality-centric data Responsibilities:

Perform quality audits and evaluations to ensure the highest level of service is being provided.

Evaluate negative surveys, investigate complaints or performance concerns.

Support implementation of process improvements in support of readiness activities by coordinating internal documentation and data reviews, tracking corrective actions.

Track results and analyze to identify concerns and provide reports to management recommending improvements.

Support the development and documentation of standardized QA processes and establish/modify assessment criteria based on applicable standards.

Qualifications:

Required:

Capable of obtaining and maintaining a DoD Secret Clearance8+ Years of relevant technical experience (Bachelor’s Degree in applicable field may be substituted for 5 years of experience).Desired:

An active DoD Secret or higher clearance

Understanding of service desk and/or call center operations and metricsITIL Foundation or higher ITIL certification. Experience working in the Department of Defense What You Can Expect:

Pay Range:

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
