All-Inclusive Alignment: W2 or C2C Overview We are seeking a Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to support a large-scale Department of Defense (DoD) program. The role is fully remote with occasional travel as required. The consultant will work closely with multiple stakeholders, supporting communications, leadership engagement, and training-related change activities.

Description:

* Support Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities across a DoD environment
* Develop and distribute internal communications, leadership read-ins, and stakeholder updates
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams across WB, OKC, and Ogden locations
* Gather, consolidate, and incorporate feedback from multiple stakeholders and leadership groups
* Assist in training and change enablement activities aligned with program requirements
* Support senior change leads in executing structured OCM strategies and deliverables
* Utilize approved GenAI tools to support communication and documentation tasks in accordance with program guidelines Requirements:
* 4 years of experience in OCM, training support, or communications roles
* Prior experience in DoD or similar federal/government environments preferred
* Strong communication and documentation skills with ability to tailor messaging for leadership audiences
* Experience supporting distributed teams and multi-site stakeholder environments
* Ability to take direction, incorporate feedback from multiple sources, and execute independently
* Exposure to structured change management or training programs is a plus
