Must-Have Skillset and Required Experience for this Role- Minimum 16+ years of experience as a QA Lead & Test Manager, with a minimum of 10+ years of Insurance domain experience, is required.
- Must have at least 3+ EIS One Suite (Policy Core / Billing Core / Claims Core / PAS - Policy Administration System) implementations
- Hands‑on Group Benefits SME
Must have Insurance domain and EIS One Suite implementation projects QA / Test Manager experience, and exceptional functional & communication skills with EIS Programs. Hands‑on lead QE-driven EIS programs ensuring quality, governance, and delivery across the lifecycle.
