Job Description

The Opportunity We are seeking motivated IT professionals to provide enterprise technical support to the Air Force. As an Enterprise Service Senior Desk Technician, you will focus on resolving complex technical issues escalated beyond front line support. This role leverages advanced troubleshooting, remote tools, and cross team collaboration to ensure rapid, high quality issue resolution and exceptional customer satisfaction. Our 24/7 operations offer dynamic scheduling options, including day, weekend, and swing shifts, with potential hybrid work flexibility.

What You'll Do

  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues using advanced troubleshooting methods.
  • Utilize remote support tools to investigate and resolve incidents efficiently.
  • Document solutions and update knowledge base articles to support continuous improvement.
  • Use Service Now for incident tracking, ticket management, and reporting.
  • Participate in cross training sessions to support team collaboration and skill development.

What You'll Bring

  • Required Qualifications
    • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance
    • High School diploma and 6–10 years of technical experience – OR a bachelor's degree in a related field (substitutes for 5 years of experience).
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Experience working in a team oriented, service desk environment.
    • Hands on experience with end user devices, common applications, and troubleshooting tools.
    • Ability to obtain a CompTIA Security+ (or similar certification) within 6 months.
  • Desired Qualifications
    • An active DoD Secret or higher clearance
    • Security+ Certification
    • Experience with Service Now or similar IT service management systems.
    • Experience using remote support tools such as Beyond Trust, Team Viewer, or RDP.
