Key Responsibilities & Duties- Supervise and mentor Desktop Support Technicians daily.
- Monitor and prioritize support tickets for timely resolution.
- Act as primary escalation point for complex technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with SLAs and company policies.
- Evaluate team productivity and provide performance metrics.
- Coordinate system upgrades and desktop support operations.
- Facilitate regular team meetings for performance review.
- Collaborate with IT management for process improvements.
- Maintain and enhance service desk knowledge base.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced technical problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and workflow creation.
- Knowledge of desktop hardware and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Jira/Confluence or similar platforms.
- Minimum 5 years of Desktop Support experience.
- At least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Experience with ticketing system improvements.
- Familiarity with training initiatives and customer survey programs.
- Ability to maintain cross-department relationships.
