Responsibilities:
- Very good communication skills
- Authoritative role as requires to directly interact with client –VP's, Directors and CIO
- Very good understanding of all of the ITIL processes
- Experience of more than 12 years
- ITIL 4 certified
- Understanding of Metrics, Availability and Capacity handling
- Handling Escalations and problem solving
- Willingness to learn quickly and take ownership of situations requiring immediate resolutions
- Able to write workflows, SOPs, drive SMO activities at positive level
