Job Overview

At Cotality, a global property intelligence platform, we are looking for a Tableau Data Analyst to bridge the gap between business operations and data engineering. The role focuses on creating interactive dashboards, analyzing workflows, and translating data insights into actionable business decisions.

• Dashboarding & Data Visualization: Build, maintain and scale interactive Tableau dashboards and data models to track operational health and KPIs.
• Requirements Gathering & Process Analysis: Map current business processes, identify bottlenecks, define reporting needs, and collaborate with stakeholders to capture analytics requirements.
• Data Support & Implementation: Write SQL queries to pull and blend data, support data pipelines, test reporting workflows, and keep clear documentation for all data assets.

• Experience: 3+ years in business systems analysis, data analytics, or a related role with a heavy emphasis on reporting.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.

  Strong proficiency in Tableau (or similar BI tools); practical knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and automated workflow design.
