Summary

Legends Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has excellent and immediate openings for IT Technicians at Legends Global.

Under general supervision of the Technology Manager, you will be working in an IT & AV environment like few others.

This is a challenging and fast paced industry where no two days are the same. You will be exposed to a unique blend of the IT and AV worlds, along with enjoying a variety of concerts, sporting events, and miscellaneous events.

Essential Duties

Includes the following. Other duties may be assigned:

  • Assist with repair/inventory of all network equipment including PCs, laptops, peripherals, servers, and switches.
  • Assist with basic graphic design in Adobe Photoshop and Canva.
  • Provide help desk support for Windows versions, MS Office versions, Outlook 365, and a variety of other programs.
  • Provide assistance in Windows Server 2016/2019/2022/2025 management.
  • Work with IT/AV related software and hardware, including VITEC EZTV Signage Director, DMPs, and 300+ TVs.
  • Work with PBA WiFi networks, handling 200+ access point software and hardware.
  • Work with scoreboard/ribbon board Daktronics/Analog Way software and hardware.
  • Work with Musco sports lighting and sound software and hardware, along with AV managers as needed.
  • Update and maintain Allo VoIP phone systems.
  • Work extended and/or irregular hours, including nights, holidays, and weekends as needed.
  • Maintain an attitude of "do whatever it takes".
Skills Required

Position requires ability to:

  • Demonstrate proper knowledge and technique in the use and maintenance of desktops and laptops.
  • Demonstrate proper knowledge and technique in the use of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, basic routing and networking (Cisco), basic server maintenance, and cabling.
  • Cisco managed switch programming is a plus.
  • Demonstrate proper knowledge and use of all procedures, techniques, machines, materials, equipment, and tools used in technical construction and maintenance.
  • Possess knowledge and experience in industry terminology, event‑related services, facility capabilities, and technical requirements for the types of events anticipated at the facility.
  • Possess an understanding of the facility's electrical, mechanical, and other systems.
  • Maintain an effective working relationship with clients, employees, exhibitors, patrons, and others encountered in the course of employment.
  • Read and comprehend blueprints, drawings, and other related materials.
  • Follow oral and written instructions and communicate effectively with others in both oral and written form.
  • Meet physical demands of the job, which entail climbing, lifting, and carrying.
  • Be licensed and insured to operate a motor vehicle in the United States.
  • Remain flexible and adjust to situations as they occur.

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four‑year college or university and two years of related experience and/or training – or an equivalent combination of education or experience.
