Overview
An employer is looking for a Desktop Support Technician to support one of Insight Global’s largest enterprise sites in Oklahoma City. This role involves standard technical support including troubleshooting Microsoft-related issues, user access issues, network connectivity, hardware swaps, PC setup, and other IT support responsibilities.
Responsibilities- Provide desktop and software support, including troubleshooting Microsoft-related issues and user access problems.
- Diagnose and repair hardware, perform hardware swaps, PC setup, and support IMACD work in the service center and on-site travel to nearby sites.
- Address network connectivity issues and coordinate with teams to resolve problems.
- Maintain strong communication, urgency, and customer service throughout the incident lifecycle.
- 1+ years of IT support experience in a professional environment (desktop support skills).
- Experience troubleshooting software and hardware.
- CompTIA A+ Certification
- Experience with in Service Now
- Experience with ticketing systems
