Employees work 9 out of every 14 days – totaling 80 hours worked – and have every other Friday off
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Program Manager who has implemented Land Mobile Radio (LMR) systems. Program Managers who have implemented communication system deployments in the Cellular or Utility industry would also make a good candidate.
ResponsibilitiesDay‑to‑day interaction with public safety and utility customers while implementing system(s).
Schedule Management – Complete planning of the program including extensive use of Microsoft Project Schedule with resource loading and weekly schedule updating.
Risk Management – Risk/Opportunity Management including seeking ways to upsell additional equipment and services with a goal of at least 5% growth in contract value.
Issue Management – Action/Issue Log Management including using the Action List to drive weekly meetings with the customer(s).
Financial Management – Full financial responsibility and accountability for meeting baseline targets for Revenue, GM, and Cash Collections.
Change Management – Track all requests for change, run requests through the Change Control Board (CCB) and present changes to the customer.
Technical Acumen – Communications background or the desire to learn the basics of our radio infrastructure and radio products.
