Overview

Our client is seeking a customer-focused Desktop Support Technician to provide hands‑on technical support for end users across multiple locations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving technical issues, working directly with users, and growing their IT career within a collaborative team. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, has strong troubleshooting skills, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide desktop and end‑user technical support for hardware, software, and system issues
  • Troubleshoot Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications
  • Install, configure, and deploy desktop and laptop computers, peripherals, and related equipment
  • Build and image computers while configuring user accounts and software applications
  • Reset passwords and manage user accounts through Active Directory
  • Document incidents, resolutions, and updates within the ticketing system
  • Monitor and prioritize assigned support tickets to meet service level expectations
  • Escalate complex issues to senior technical teams when appropriate
  • Assist with mobile device support and inventory management
  • Support hardware deployments, equipment replacements, and technology refresh projects
  • Provide technical assistance to employees at all organizational levels while delivering exceptional customer service
Preferred Experience
  • 2+ years of Desktop Support or Help Desk experience preferred
  • Experience supporting Windows 10/11 environments
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications
  • Experience with Active Directory user administration and password management

    Basic understanding of networking concepts and remote support tools
  • Experience imaging, deploying, and configuring desktop hardware
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
  • Associate's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
