OKCIC services include basic medical care, dental, optometry, behavioral health services, fitness, nutrition, and other family programs. Position Overview

Oklahoma City Indian Clinic (OKCIC) is seeking a skilled Network Administrator to join our Integrated Technology Solutions team. In this role, you'll help maintain the technology infrastructure that supports high-quality patient care across one of Oklahoma's largest nonprofit healthcare organizations serving Native American communities.

Responsibilities
  • Administer and support LAN, WAN, wireless networks, firewalls, routers, switches, VPNs, and telecommunications systems.
  • Provide advanced Tier II and Tier III technical support for network and infrastructure issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain servers, network equipment, enterprise applications, and related technology resources.
  • Monitor network performance, capacity, security, and system availability, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Implement and maintain cybersecurity protections, including firewalls, VPN technologies, access controls, and security best practices.
  • Support disaster recovery, backup solutions, and business continuity planning.
  • Participate in infrastructure upgrades, technology implementations, and strategic IT projects.
  • Collaborate with leadership, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver reliable technology solutions that support patient care.
Qualifications
  • Must align with OKCIC vision, mission, and core values.
  • Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in network administration, systems administration, or infrastructure support.
  • CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification.
  • Strong knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, server administration, and enterprise infrastructure.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively with both technical and non‑technical users.
  • Healthcare Information Technology experience is preferred.
  • Additional industry certifications such as Security+, Microsoft certifications, or other relevant technical credentials preferred.
