Cybersecurity Analyst

Compensation: $98,000 - $124,000 annually, depending on experience

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Cybersecurity Analyst to join their team!

This is a strong opportunity for a security professional who enjoys hands‑on problem solving, collaboration, and protecting critical systems. In this role, you’ll support cybersecurity initiatives across the organization, help strengthen security operations, and contribute to efforts that improve detection, response, and overall risk management.

• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated cybersecurity support tickets
• Support incident response from investigation through recovery
• Develop and improve security automation playbooks
• Collaborate on secure system and framework design
• Perform vulnerability scans, audits, and security testing
• Track and remediate identified risks and vulnerabilities
• Support third-party and internal security assessments
• Assist with identity and access management controls
• Monitor security trends and promote cybersecurity awareness

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, or related field
• Or 4+ years of equivalent professional experience
• 3+ years of cybersecurity experience
• Working knowledge of NIST, CIS, or ISO 27001 frameworks
• Experience with SIEM solutions
• Understanding of networking and network security concepts
• Working knowledge of firewall operations
• Active Security+ or similar entry-level certification

• Experience with intrusion detection and Net Flow analysis
• Exposure to log analysis and rule development
• Programming or scripting experience
• IAM experience, including RBAC and least privilege
• Knowledge of security governance and access controls
• Familiarity with incident response and disaster recovery
• Experience supporting application and operational security
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
