Socket.dev is seeking an IT Help Desk Specialist to be the primary contact for IT infrastructure and software support, diagnosing and resolving issues for real estate appraisers and inspectors across the US and Canada.
Our Oklahoma City office hosts 90 days of on-site training (08:00–17:00 CST). After training, employees follow a hybrid model: 1 day on-site (Wednesday) and typically 4 days remote, with potential overtime based on business needs.
