Managed Services Engineer

Location: Oklahoma City, OK (preferred) or Rhode Island/Massachusetts (on site and client facing)

What you'll do

No two days are ever the same.

You might spend the morning helping an executive recover from a cybersecurity incident, the afternoon deploying new systems for a growing company, and the evening documenting a new process that saves the entire team time.

You will:

• Provide exceptional support to our clients.
• Troubleshoot complex technical problems.
• Manage user onboarding and offboarding procedures.
• Deploy and secure workstations, mobile devices, and cloud environments.
• Support Microsoft 365 environments and related technologies.
• Assist with cybersecurity investigations and remediation efforts.
• Participate in infrastructure projects and client consulting engagements.
• Create clear and thorough technical documentation.
• Improve existing processes and develop new ones.
• Identify opportunities for automation.
• Use artificial intelligence responsibly to improve efficiency, consistency, and service quality.
• Participate in after-hours support rotations when required.

Technical experience

• Three or more years of experience in information technology.
• Experience working within a managed services provider environment.
• Experience with networking, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Experience supporting Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Additional experience that would be valuable

• Experience working with Connect Wise Manage.
• Experience creating technical documentation.
• Experience with scripting and automation.
• Experience working within regulated environments.
• Experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.
