Gainwell Technologies is seeking a on-site Member Workflow / Helpdesk Agent in Oklahoma City. The role involves assisting members applying for Medicaid via the member portal, and providing friendly technical support as users navigate the online application.
Responsibilities include data entry to determine eligibility, answering questions about qualifications, and assisting with user/password resets. This is an on-site, Monday–Friday role with a Final date to receive applications by Sept 1, 2026.
