Job Title: Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Architect
Classification: Exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA)
Reports to: President
Work Location/Travel: Work is remote or on-site. Percentage of travel, where the travel occurs, such as locally or in specific countries or states, and whether the travel is overnight, varies. This resource must be willing and able to travel as required by the customer project. This is generally negotiable, but not always, and could be as high as 75%.
Job Summary:
As an Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Architect, you will play a crucial role in the design, implementation, and support of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions for our clients. You will be responsible for translating business requirements into technical designs and ensuring the successful delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud projects.
Essential Functions:
- Collaborate with clients and project teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Oracle HCM Cloud technical solutions. Develop architectural designs and strategies to meet client needs and ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Lead the technical implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, including configuration, customization, integration, data migration, and reporting. Ensure adherence to best practices and standards throughout the implementation process.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on Oracle HCM Cloud technical capabilities, features, and functionalities. Stay up to date with the latest Oracle HCM Cloud releases and updates and provide guidance on how to leverage new features to optimize business processes.
- Design and implement integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and other enterprise systems, such as ERP, CRM, and third-party applications. Develop and maintain integration interfaces, leveraging Oracle integration technologies and APIs.
- Identify and resolve performance issues within the Oracle HCM Cloud environment. Conduct system performance tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization activities to ensure optimal system performance and user experience.
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to project teams, including developers, administrators, and analysts. Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge sharing and best practices within the organization.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, configuration guides, and troubleshooting procedures. Conduct training sessions and workshops to transfer technical knowledge to clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and other technical teams to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business goals. Communicate effectively with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and address technical concerns.

- May conduct project performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
The work environment is remote or on-site at a client location. While remote, employees are expected to provide office space for themselves with a professional background (including virtual backgrounds) and noise level. A reliable and consistent internet connection is required.
