Job Title

The Teachers' Retirement System of Oklahoma (TRS) is undertaking a comprehensive, multi-year modernization initiative aimed at replacing aging legacy systems and transitioning to a unified, cloud-native environment.

This effort centers on building MyPAS 3.0, a modern Azure-hosted pension administration system integrating seamlessly with the MyTRS member portal and the MyERS employer portal.

Requirements:

• Process Analysis and Documentation
  - Engage with business units to understand workflows and identify improvement opportunities. Interface with technical teams to gather and translate requirements. Document processes using structured methodologies (e.g., process maps). Facilitate discussions for defining future state processes.
• Requirements Gathering and User Story Development
  - Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to refine and validate requirements.
• Testing and Quality Assurance
  - Develop and execute test plans and scripts for user acceptance testing. Document defects and support resolution efforts.
• Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication
  - Serve as a liaison between business units and technical teams. Communicate project updates and support change management activities.
