The Virtualization Administrator monitors the daily activities and health of assigned technology systems. This position installs, configures, supports, and maintains enterprise server, storage, data protection, and virtualization technologies under the direction of the Network Administration Supervisor. The role requires strong VMware and Windows Server experience, effective communication, and participation in a 24 x 7 on-call rotation.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. Commensurate professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- At least six years of experience supporting Windows Server , VMware, and enterprise storage technologies.
- Enterprise experience with VMware 7.0 or later.
- Experience with enterprise data protection solutions;
Dell EMC experience is preferred. - General server administration knowledge, including Windows Server , Microsoft Exchange 2016, Active Directory, and VMware.
- Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN technologies and multiplatform environments.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 admin center and the ability to navigate the portal for basic service administration.
- Strong technical and non-technical communication skills.
- Ability to establish user trust and confidence by demonstrating technical knowledge and concern for business needs.
- Ability to work on-site in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
- Experience with public cloud services such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Experience with Nutanix, Open Shift, or other hypervisor platforms.
- Experience implementing, maintaining, or supporting Ivanti Service Desk or another service desk application.
- Banking or financial services experience.

* Position requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant US based experience.
