Provides MAJCOM functional managers resolutions to complex system problems;
Recommends tests, equipment modifications, training for users and maintainers, and correction to design deficiencies through evaluation of operational capability of systems/equipment and review of performance data against standards;
Assists in troubleshooting and repairing difficult and unusual problems including those which have not been previously resolved;
Acts as Technical Content Manager for assigned technical data;
Designs special test procedures, develops special maintenance procedures, and develops and conducts technical training for maintainers and operators
