Network Designs, Inc. (NDi) is seeking a System Support Specialist to deliver day-to-day operational support for government IT services and Printer Logic print management. You will handle tickets, triage issues, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure service continuity.
Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in IT, 7+ years of enterprise IT support, and are eligible for a Public Trust clearance. U.S. citizenship is required and position is based at Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center, OK.
