Lead Digital Moderator
Insight Global is seeking Lead Digital Moderators to serve as onsite leaders supporting TELUS Digital's data collection operations. Lead Moderators will act as subject matter experts, help train and support moderators, oversee daily operations, and ensure project procedures and quality standards are consistently met.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary onsite resource for moderators and participants.
- Become an expert on project SOPs and study procedures.
- Assist with moderator onboarding, training, and quality assurance efforts.
- Coordinate daily operations and participant flow.
- Troubleshoot devices, mobile applications, and VR equipment.
- Oversee device management, inventory tracking, and secure storage processes.
- Ensure all project standards and deliverables are met. Escalate operational issues and partner with project leadership as needed.
