Systems Administrator

Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 annually, depending on experience

Systems Administrator
to join their team!

This is a great opportunity to step into a key infrastructure role with a growing, technology-driven organization. You’ll support both Linux and Windows environments, help improve automation, and keep critical systems running smoothly. The team is expanding, and this role is open due to growth, offering strong visibility and the chance to make an immediate impact.

• Administer and support Linux and Windows server environments
• Install, configure, patch, and upgrade servers and operating systems
• Monitor system performance, jobs, and hardware health
• Develop scripts to automate routine infrastructure tasks
• Troubleshoot technical issues and support escalated helpdesk needs
• Manage user accounts and access controls
• Support security updates, audits, and reporting
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams
• Assist with onboarding and knowledge sharing for IT team members

• 2+ years of Linux administration experience
• Working knowledge of Office 365, Active Directory, and Exchange Server
• Strong understanding of DNS, TCP/IP, DHCP, HTTP, SSH, and SSL
• Proficiency with Bash or Power Shell scripting
• Experience with user account management and log analysis
• Familiarity with network and mail service configuration
• Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Experience with virtualization platforms, preferably VMware
• Knowledge of LAN and VPN fundamentals
• Experience with SFTP solutions
• Exposure to ITSM or ticketing systems
• Automation experience for infrastructure processes
• Comfort supporting nights or weekends as needed
