Finance Systems Administrator

The Finance Systems Administrator will help maintain and support our Net Suite ERP environment. This role will report to the Senior Director of FP&A and will sit at the intersection of Finance and IT, ensuring our financial systems run smoothly and support accurate, timely reporting. You’ll work closely with FP&A, Accounting, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders to configure, maintain, and support Net Suite and related finance systems, with opportunities to grow into more advanced system ownership over time.

• Manage day-to-day Net Suite administration: saved searches, custom fields, reports, and dashboards
• Partner with Finance and IT teams to understand requirements and assist with system configuration
• Support month-end and quarter-end close processes by monitoring system reliability and troubleshooting basic issues
• Assist with maintaining integrations between Net Suite and other business systems, specifically Salesforce and Coupa; monitor data flow, troubleshoot sync errors, and resolve integration issues as they arise
• Support Net Suite enhancement projects and upgrades under the guidance of senior FP&A/systems leadership
• Build and maintain reports, workflows, saved searches, and dashboards for FP&A and Accounting stakeholders
• Maintain system documentation following the Shorelight change management process, including process workflows, integration logic, and configuration changes
• Assist with testing during Net Suite release cycles (bi-annual upgrades) and flag potential impacts to current processes
• Provide first-line end-user training and support for Net Suite users across Finance and other departments
• Help coordinate with Net Suite support and third-party consultants/implementation partners as needed
• Support data integrity and adherence to internal controls and audit requirements

• Comply with Shorelight Written Information Security Policy, and all other Shorelight Information Security Policies and Procedures
• Take responsibility for any Shorelight assets assigned to you
• Promptly report any security events, incidents, or weaknesses to Shorelight Security

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience administering or supporting Net Suite (or similar ERP) in a finance/accounting context
• Foundational understanding of core finance/accounting processes (GL, AP, AR, financial close)
• Exposure to Net Suite configuration: custom fields, saved searches, basic workflows, roles & permissions
• Experience with a CRM system such as Salesforce; particularly in the context of a Net Suite–Salesforce integration
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with data at a granular level
• Good communication skills — able to work with both technical and finance/business stakeholders
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Willingness to learn integrations, Suite Script basics, and reporting tools (Suite Analytics/SuiteQL) on the job
• Experience working with global, distributed teams is a plus (given the reporting relationship to a US-based leader)

• Net Suite certification (Administrator, Suite Foundation, or similar)
• Ability to work overlapping hours with a US-based team (ideally 1-3 hours overlapping with US Eastern business hours)
• Experience working successfully with non-native English speakers
• Experience with Coupa or other procurement/spend management platforms
• Experience supporting multi-subsidiary and multi-currency Net Suite instances
• Experience with Flo Qast or other close management software
