Join a manufacturing organization where you'll serve as the primary Epicor CMS Administrator, owning the day to day health and optimization of the ERP environment. This is an opportunity to work closely with business users, drive process improvements, and make a meaningful impact while enjoying the flexibility of a remote role with occasional travel.
What You'll Be Doing- Administer and support the Epicor CMS environment, including users, security, and system configuration.
- Support Inventory, Purchasing, Warehouse, Sales Order, and Financial modules.
- Troubleshoot ERP issues, provide end user support, and deliver user training.
- Develop SQL based reports and dashboards to support business operations.
- Support Epicor CMS enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and continuous process improvements.
- 3+ years of Epicor CMS administration experience.
- Strong functional knowledge of Inventory, Purchasing, Warehouse, Sales Order, and Financial modules.
- Experience developing SQL queries, reports, and dashboards.
- Experience supporting Epicor CMS upgrades, implementations, or integrations is preferred.
- Strong communication, problem solving, and collaboration skills.
