Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing the deployment of Dynamics 365 solutions within the organization.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Perform fit-gap analysis and define future-state processes.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
- Design and implement integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and project managers to define and deliver solutions.
- Support solution testing, deployment, and project delivery activities.
- Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 features, Microsoft technologies, and industry best practices.
- Create architecture documents, solution designs, technical specifications, and user guides.
