Key Responsibilities Functional Consulting
- Gather business requirements for product data taxonomy, attributes, and enrichment workflows.
- Define product information governance, approval processes, and compliance standards.
- Prepare functional specifications and support product data quality and omnichannel readiness.
- Configure and implement Syndigo PIM workflows and data models.
- Develop and validate API integrations with ERP, DAM, eCommerce, and planning systems.
- Support REST, SOAP, and event-driven integrations.
- Assist with Dev, QA, and Production environments and CI/CD pipelines.
- Support data migration, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Act as a subject matter expert for PIM-related business and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with business and technology teams.
- Provide training and enablement for enrichment teams and product data authors.
- Strong experience in Product Information Management (PIM).
- Hands-on experience with Syndigo PIM
. - Knowledge of product data lifecycle, taxonomy, attribute schema, and governance.
- Retail, eCommerce, catalog management, SEO, and omnichannel product readiness.
- Business process mapping and functional specification preparation.
- Syndigo PIM configuration and implementation experience.
- API development and integration.
- Data migration and workflow automation.
- Knowledge of microservices, BFF architecture, and event-driven patterns.
- Performance optimization and troubleshooting.
- SQL scripting and Git version control.
- Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Mandatory hands-on Syndigo PIM experience.
- Strong functional and technical consulting skills.
- Candidates available across PAN India locations are eligible.
