The Employee Benefits Account Manager manages and services client benefit programs to ensure satisfaction, compliance, and strong outcomes. This role includes direct client interaction, plan analysis, renewals, and coordination with producers, carriers, and vendors.

• Manage fully insured and level-funded plans and serve as the primary client contact.
• Coordinate implementations, renewals, and issue resolution.
• Advise clients on benefits strategy, compliance, and plan design.
• Prepare proposals, reports, and market analyses; manage RFPs and carrier negotiations.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.

• 3–5 years of employee benefits or insurance account management experience.
• Knowledge of fully insured and level-funded plans.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Active Life & Health License required.
