** Commercial Lines Account Manager

** How You Will Contribute:
*** Oversee the retention and client relationship management of a designated book of business
* Follow agency procedures for renewal workflow and timeline, encompassing internal meetings, gathering of information, preparation of submissions, identification of markets, quote comparisons, preparation of proposals, presentation and post-binding activity and documentation
* Participate in strategic internal and external meetings to generate innovative solutions for customers and provides recommendations for an array of commercial lines property & casualty insurance
* Participate in pre-renewal, renewal, stewardship, and claims review meetings with customers as necessary.
* Responsible for maintaining accuracy of customer files, and consistent documentation
* Identify internal resources and utilize them to effectively bring values to customer
* Maintain excellent communication with team and internal and external customers at all stages of account cycle
* Provides sound recommendations and guidance to customers on insurance programs
* Strictly adhere to procedures and deadlines; communicate the same needs to team
* Invoice and collect premiums in timely manner in accordance with agency procedures
* Provide prompt responses to all customer requests including expedited requests for policy documentation, such as certificates and

** Licenses and
Certifications:
*** Current Oklahoma Property & Casualty Agent’s license
** Skills & Experience to be Successful:
*** Familiarity with TAM or AMS 360 (agency management systems) and insurer websites (preferred)
* Bachelor's Degree in Risk Management & Insurance (preferred)
* Professional Designation (CISR, CIC, ARM, etc.) (preferred)
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* 2+ years' experience in commercial lines P&C insurance, including experience in an independent agency setting handling and servicing middle market or large accounts#LI-KM1
