Commercial Lines Account Manager

The Commercial Account Manager manages a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, provides exceptional customer service, and collaborates with Producers and Sr. Account Managers to develop and retain business. The Commercial Account Manager is responsible for overseeing the insurance needs of clients, handling policy renewals, claims support, and ensuring client satisfaction by delivering customized insurance solutions.

• Preferred Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Industry experience of 3-7 years is preferred.
• Proficiency in using insurance software systems and Microsoft Office Suite, Applied Epic Agency Management System is preferred.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license for the state in which you reside, and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Report.

• Proven experience as a Commercial Insurance Account Manager, Insurance Producer, or similar role in the insurance industry.
• In-depth knowledge of commercial insurance products, coverages, and industry regulations.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
