Robert Half is working with a personal injury law firm that is seeking a skilled Legal Assistant to support their dedicated team of attorneys and paralegals. Responsibilities:

+ Assist attorneys with case management, including document preparation, filing, and correspondence.

+ Coordinate scheduling, client communications, and appointments.

+ Maintain accurate case files and legal records.

+ Support the litigation process: eDiscovery, drafting pleadings, and preparing trial materials.

+ Perform administrative tasks such as billing, timekeeping, and file organization.

Requirements

+ Previous experience in a legal assistant, secretary, or administrative legal role preferred.

+ Knowledge of personal injury law, litigation procedures, and case management systems is a plus.

+ Strong technical competencies: contract management, compliance, AI literacy, and ethics.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

+ High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
