PositionLegal Assistant
We’re currently seeking a full-time entry-level legal assistant to provide our firm’s attorneys with administrative support. This is a perfect opportunity for a hard-worker with superior organizational skills, and who is interested in learning and growing in a fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assisting the firm’s attorneys & paralegals in managing a high volume of litigation matters
- Communication with clients
- Administrative responsibilities such as scanning, organizing, and recordkeeping
- Assist with incoming and outbound mail
- Manage hearing calendars
- This is an entry-level position – prior experience working in a law office is a plus
- Must possess superior organizational and time-management skills
- Must be computer literate:
Ability to easily learn & utilise the firm’s client software database - Highest ethical standards and professional integrity
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients, staff, and outside parties
- Prior experience with Salesforce is a plus
- Compensation is competitive and commensurate with expertise and previous experience
