Oklahoma City law firm representing creditors seeks a Foreclosure Attorney to manage a caseload of foreclosure, title, and related litigation matters. The role involves working closely with attorneys and support staff to handle all stages of the foreclosure process while maintaining high standards of quality, compliance, and risk management.
Responsibilities- Review and analyze loan, title, and client documents
- Draft pleadings, motions, affidavits, and correspondence
- Attend hearings and conferences (in person, video, or telephonic)
- Communicate case status and developments to clients
- Collaborate with internal teams and respond promptly to stakeholders
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active Oklahoma bar license in good standing (required)
- 0-3 years of litigation experience
- Strong writing, organizational, and time-management skills
