What You’ll Do- Handle all phases of civil litigation
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal documents
- Conduct legal research and case analysis
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and courts
- Negotiate settlements and assist with trial preparation
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- 1+ year of civil litigation experience
- Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
